No Refund: No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including if you choose to discontinue the program - regardless of whether the classes have commenced or not.

Program Completion: Regardless of the number of participants in the batch, the program must be completed within the designated timeline. This may require dedicating additional hours each day to meet program requirements.

Daily Commitment: Participant(s) is/are required to dedicate 4 hours each day to their learning and execution. However, mentoring sessions will be limited to 1 hour ONLY.

File Access: If you discontinue the program, your access to all program files will be revoked. It is your responsibility to save copies of any files you may need.

Program Timeline for Cohort: The program must be completed within number of months as specified and communicated. If the program extends beyond the timeline, same monthly instalment installment will be required to continue.

Attendance: Missing three classes continuously or across different schedules will result in the termination of your enrollment without a refund. To continue the program after this, you will be required to pay the full fee again.

Study Materials: This is an execution-focused program; therefore, no formal study materials will be provided. The artifacts produced during the program will serve as your study materials. Project Execution Document shouldn’t be published publically on any platform.

Non-Disparagement Agreement: By signing this acknowledgment, you agree NOT to engage in any activities that defame the program or the mentor, whether in public forums, social platforms, gatherings, or any media outlets. Any such conduct will result in immediate legal action by the mentor.

Prohibited Conduct: The use of disrespectful, abusive, foul languages, any form of gender discrimination, racism, bullying, are strictly prohibited. Any such conduct will result in immediate termination of enrollment without a refund. Legal action may be pursued by the mentor at the mentor's discretion.

The mentee/student shall not publish, share, or distribute any study materials, learning sources, or content to the public or online/offline platforms or to competitors without the express consent and approval of the mentor.

Intellectual Property: All content, frameworks, templates, and methodologies shared in the program are proprietary to the mentor. The mentee has a non-transferable license to use them for personal learning only.

Communication: All communication must be restricted to official channels (Linkedin 1 on 1 chat and Whatsapp.) only. Mentors are not obligated to respond outside of designated support hours (After 10PM, Before 9AM).

Confidentiality: Participants must not disclose or share any internal strategies, mentorship feedback, or proprietary program methods with anyone outside the cohort.

Force Majeure: The mentor shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, illness, or internet outages.

Program Modifications: The mentor reserves the right to modify session timings, program structure, or batch schedule with prior notice.

Right to Terminate: The mentor reserves the right to terminate any participant's enrollment without refund in case of breach of guidelines, misconduct, or misalignment with program ethics.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Karnataka/India] and Rest Of World Bylaws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts.
